The heart of the DSAG group is comprised of over 200 DSAG work groups based on SAP portfolios. Members see them as a useful knowledge transfer and communication platform among SAP experts. They are informed about developments ahead of time and can help shape them. Alongside discussions with SAP contacts about requirements and improvements, recommendations and useful tips are also given. They meet up to two times a year.
Michael Wessendorf is lead speaker at the Mobile Business work group and acting deputy speaker of the Mobile Maintenance work groups. WSC employees are often guests in work groups such as Maintenance and Service Management (PM, CS, CRM) and Service Processes. Technology days and the DSAG annual congress see regular participation from WSC.
Membership is expressly recommended for all SAP customers. From our perspective, there is no real alternative in terms of consumer dialogue with SAP. In return, useful tips and suggestions are received from all sides, which would not be found elsewhere.
