Orders, time recording, spare parts management and checklists are included in the solution and enable technicians to easily process their assignments while mobile. 

Smartphones, tablets and notebooks with the usual operating systems are all supported. The parallel use of two end devices is also possible.

We want to make work easier, not just for technicians, but also for the SAP team. Complete SAP integration is included in the overall package. All components for back-end integration are written in ABAP/4 and can be configured and extended in the same way as SAP's own application. The client development uses SAP UI5. The standard SAP login procedures are also available, including single sign-on and 2-factor authentication.

SAP ERP and S/4 HANA are supported with identical code, so migration is easy. The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with a backend connection via the Cloud Connector can also be used for mobile components. The solution adapts flexibly to the desired system landscape.

Incidentally, the apps are called Farfalle (Italian for “butterflies”) because they belong to the SAP Fiori world (Italian for “flowers”). Users can use them as easily as a butterfly flies, regardless of network coverage.
